objective. Two service options tailored to fit customer needs:
OPTION
A:
Design from Specification to
Pre-Production
This package offers customers more production flexibility
by utilizing, - 1) either
outsourcing or 2) in-house assembly.
A list of what this option offers is:
- Design consists of full schematic package saved in customer
format for easy viewing
- Printed Circuit Board files delivered in gerber format
- Bills of Material which includes manufacturer and/or distributor
part numbers for
easy part procurement
- Complete test data which include the following:
*Four Corners
testing of the design parameter which include:
1. Maximum input voltage with Minimum
output
current
2. Maximum input voltage with Maximum output current
3. Minimum input voltage with Maximum output current
4. Minimum input voltage with Minimum output current
*Output
ripple specifications
*Control loop
stability, >45 degree phase margin, >18dB gain margin
*Output
transient analysis over the full current spectrum
*Minimum 10
hour burn-in for reliability
*Special
customer requirements will also be accommodated
- Supply minimum of 1(one) recommended assembly houses for circuit
board production

B:
Design from Specification to
Delivery
Offering this package to alleviate the
burden of parts procurement and inventory control.
(With this option
Consultant reserves the right to use prefered
assembly house for production.)
